Precise hands-on techniques for joints, muscles and nerves. We restore movement where things are stuck and ease pain, then teach you the movement that keeps it that way.

Sports physiotherapy

Session: 45 minWeekend warriors to athletes

From first aid after an injury to return-to-sport testing. We work with runners, soccer and hockey players and anyone who wants to get back to activity without fear of re-injury.

Post-op rehabilitation

Session: 45 minPhase-based plan

We follow your surgeon’s protocol and stay in touch with them where needed. The phases are clear: swelling control, range of motion, strength, then back to daily life and sport.

  • Recovery after fractures

Back & neck programme

Session: 40 min6–10 sessions

Manual therapy, McKenzie-based exercise and workstation advice. The goal is not only to stop the pain but to know what to do if it comes back.

  • Disc bulges and herniations
  • Sciatica and leg pain
  • Pain from sitting and desk work
  • Morning stiffness

Lymphatic drainage

Session: 45–60 minManual, Vodder method

A gentle, rhythmic technique that moves lymph fluid and reduces swelling. Combined with compression bandaging and exercise where needed.

Helps with

  • Swelling after surgery or injury
  • Lymphedema of the arm or leg
  • Lipedema
  • Heavy, tired legs

Training therapy

Session: 60 minSmall gym, max. 2 people

Supervised training with equipment and body weight, led by a kinesiologist or physiotherapist. The natural next step when pain settles but strength is not back yet.

  • Weakness after injury or surgery
  • Chronic back pain
  • Osteoporosis and healthy ageing
  • Injury prevention
