Fees & insurance
You pay for the session you had, nothing more. After your first assessment you get a written plan with the expected number of visits.
We bill most extended health plans directly, so you only pay the part your plan doesn’t cover.
Plan not on the list? Pay at the visit and we email an official receipt with our registration numbers for your claim.
No doctor’s referral needed in BC - you can book directly with a physiotherapist.

Please give 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee, which insurance won’t cover.
Most patients need 4–8 sessions. You get an estimate after your assessment and we review progress every few visits.
