Where does it hurt?
Tap the area that bothers you
A short explanation and the treatment we most often recommend. Your exact plan comes after the first assessment.
Lower back pain
Usually triggered by long sitting, lifting or a sudden twist. Pain that spreads into the leg or lasts longer than six weeks should be assessed - most cases respond well to exercise and manual therapy.

What patients say
After three months of back pain I finally understood what was going on. Six sessions later I work without painkillers.
ACL rehab was demanding and well planned. I was back on the pitch after seven months.
Always on time, and my therapist knows exactly where we left off. Direct billing makes the paperwork disappear.
You don’t have to wait for it to go away on its own.
The first assessment takes 45 minutes and you leave with a clear plan. Appointments available this week.
