Vinyasa

Postures flow one into the next in rhythm with the breath. Builds strength, balance and stamina, with time to rest at the end.

Who it’s for: For people who like to move and sweat, and for beginners in classes marked "All levels".

Yin

Postures held for 3 to 5 minutes, supported by bolsters and blocks. Slow, quiet work for connective tissue and joints.

Who it’s for: For anyone who sits all day, runners, cyclists and anyone who needs calm after work.

Hatha

Classic yoga postures, one at a time, with precise cues for alignment and breathing.

Who it’s for: The ideal first class. For complete beginners and anyone wanting to deepen the basics.

Pilates mat

Controlled mat work for the deep muscles of the abdomen, back and pelvis. Small props add an extra challenge.

Pilates on the reformer, with springs that add resistance or support. Groups of 8 at most, with constant hands-on correction.
