How the photos arrive
Every image is delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery. Download in full resolution, share the link with guests or clients, and order prints straight from the gallery. It stays live for 12 months and I keep a backup for two years.
Questions I get asked
How far ahead should we book a wedding?
For Saturdays in season (May to September), usually 9 to 12 months. Weekdays and winter dates are often open just a few weeks out.
How do we reserve the date?
After our call I send a contract. The date is yours once the contract is signed and the 30% retainer is paid. The balance is due one week before the wedding.
Do we get all the photos?
You get every good photo, edited in the same style. Duplicates, closed eyes and technically weak frames are removed before delivery.
Do you travel?
Yes, across BC and beyond. Travel beyond 50 km is agreed upfront and always listed in the quote.
What if it rains?
There is always a plan B for portraits - a covered walkway, the hotel lobby, or umbrellas as part of the picture. Some of my favourite frames were taken in the rain.
Can we use product photos in ads?
Yes. The product package includes usage rights for your website, social media and paid ads, with no time limit.
