Tow Truck Dispatch Software with Live Map and Driver App

RouteDesk puts the phone, the map and your drivers in one system. The dispatcher opens a job while still on the call, sees which truck is closest and assigns it in one click. The driver gets the address, navigation and status buttons on their phone, then takes vehicle photos and the customer signature - the invoice is ready the moment the job is done.

What the app does

Live vehicle map

Every truck and open job on one map, colored by status. See who is free and how far they are from the customer.

A job in 30 seconds

Caller, vehicle, pickup and drop-off, click the map for the exact spot. The nearest available driver is suggested first.

Driver app

Jobs land on the phone, one-tap navigation, and en route, arrived and completed show up at dispatch instantly.

Photos and signatures

Drivers photograph the vehicle before loading and capture the customer signature on screen - proof on file if there is ever a dispute.

Calls linked to jobs

Every call with time and duration, missed calls front and centre, and jobs created straight from a call.

Reports and PDF invoices

Jobs per day, average response time, revenue by job type. Job reports and invoices as branded PDFs.

Screens in the demo

Open the demo and walk through the screens - sample data, everything is clickable.

How an app gets built

1

A call

You tell me how you work today and what slows you down. I show you the closest demo.

2

Plan and fixed price

A list of screens and features, a deadline and a price before work starts.

3

A new version every week

You see progress live and change things while it is built, not at the end.

4

Launch and training

We move your data over, I train the team, the app goes live on your domain.

FAQ

Pricing is on request - send a short description and you get a proposal. You get an exact price after a short call, once I know your fleet size, the job types you run and what needs to connect (GPS, phone system, accounting).

For a typical company with around ten trucks, hosting runs €20-60 a month. Larger fleets with GPS devices and SMS are €60-150. Maintenance and new features are by agreement - hourly or a monthly plan.

Yes. Location can come from the driver phone (no extra hardware) or from GPS units already in your trucks, if they offer an API. In the demo, vehicle movement is simulated.

The driver app keeps photos, signatures and status changes and syncs them as soon as the signal is back. The job stays open on the phone offline.

You do. At the end you get the source code and a full data export. No lock-in and no per-truck subscription.

Yes. A common first phase is the live board, jobs and the driver app in about 7 weeks. Reports, phone integration and SMS are added later without rebuilding what already works.
