One calendar for every unit
Units in rows, days in columns, bookings as bars coloured by status. Click an empty cell to start a booking for that unit and date.
No double bookings
The app blocks overlapping stays and checks minimum stay and unit capacity before a booking can be saved.
Seasonal night-by-night rates
Shoulder season, peak season, holidays or local events - as a multiplier or a fixed rate per unit. Every night is priced on its own, plus the cleaning fee.
Booking widget for your website
Guests choose dates, see available units with a full price breakdown and send a request. It shows up in the app as a new inquiry.
Deposits and balances

Hosting with database and backups for a typical property with a handful of units is €20-60 per month; for larger properties with lots of photos and traffic €60-150. Changes and new features by agreement - hourly or as a monthly package.

No. The app is yours, so direct bookings carry no percentage fee. You pay for the build and the monthly hosting, nothing else.

You do. Guest data sits on a server set up for you, and at the end you get the source code and a data export. You are not locked in.

Yes. The calendar and bookings run in the phone browser and the app can be added to the home screen. Guests use the widget on their phone without installing anything.
